CHILD CUSTODY EVALUATION SERVICES
What are the best interests of the child? A stable environment, emotional security, encouragement, and love should top the list.
We believe that every child deserves to be treated with respect and concern for his or her rights. A child should not be used as a pawn in a dispute between divorcing parents or regarded as a property.
From our perspective, there should be no winners or losers in a custody dispute. In the resolution of divorce, parents should cooperate to raise healthy, happy children.
Our primary role is to advise the court. The ultimate decision in custody cases is made by the judge after reviewing the facts of a case.
We are committed to providing thoughtful, comprehensive evaluations of families of divorce, and offering useful recommendations to the court to help answer the questions of custody, visitation, and support that are in the best interest of the child.

Problems associated with divorce can affect all facets of life, in all members of a family, throughout all phases of the lifespan. It is essential that the evaluator be aware of the developmental, social, emotional, educational, health, cultural, and economic issues and needs of each member of a divorcing family when conducting Child Custody Evaluations. It is only from a careful and thorough evidence-based investigation of these issues that the evaluator can inform the court completely and objectively.
